Gimi AI Delete Account
There are two ways to request deletion of your account. In‑app is recommended; the second is on the web. Both paths are processed by our team.
In the app (recommended)
Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. The app automatically collects your info; you just need to submit the request. Our team will process the request and notify you; processing may take up to 30 days.
Can’t access the app? Request via email
If you can’t access the app, click “Request via email” and fill in all required fields in the template. We’ll verify by emailing your account’s sign‑in address and proceed after you confirm. Processing may take up to 30 days.
